Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all. Most of our students walk in with zero martial arts background. Every program starts with the fundamentals, and our instructors build from there at a pace that matches your ability.
What ages do you train?
We work with students from 4 years old through adult, with programs built around each stage of life, including Little Ninjas, Junior and Teen Karate, and Adult Karate and fitness classes.
What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle are all you need. If your program requires a uniform, our instructors will let you know after your first visit.
How is Kaizen different from a typical gym?
We combine martial arts discipline with real fitness training, and we back it with a coaching relationship. Instructors know your name, your goals, and your progress, not just your membership number.
